Christine Tusa, owner and creator of Tusa Fitness,  is a highly creative and energetic Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Coach based in Austin, TX. With expertise in a variety of different health modalities, she helps her clients find simple and fun fitness solutions to improve their image, confidence and overall health.

Her expertise encompasses working the deep core muscles and slimming the abs without a single sit-up (especially the low abs).
