No Sit-Ups Required
My name is Christine Tusa, and I'm a Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach based in Austin, Texas. I specialize in reshaping men and women's bodies. My clients feel confident, stronger and happier. How? I get to the root of the body's shape through functional core strengthening exercises along with posture and flexibility training. I transform my clients into vibrant, thriving dynamos, the kind of people who are hard to keep up with. I've been teaching my special core fitness classes in California, Hawaii, and Texas, and because my students wanted a Tusa Fitness workout they could do at home, I am offering my techniques on my new Core Workout DVD.
What am I offering? How about a 30 minute workout with simple exercises to trim, tighten, and tone your abs, midsection, and obliques without a single sit-up. No crunches, Pilates roll downs or sit-ups required. Finally, a workout for everyone. Even if you are over weight or have an injury, you can do this, too.
How about resolving back pain? My back injury is what led me down the road of "functional core strengthening". Why? Because most back pain is caused from a weak core. Can't do a sit-up? You are in luck because there is not a single one!
Try these moves three times a week and you'll see a flatter, firmer middle in one month! It doesn't matter if you're a busy mom, tri-athlete or stressed executive, these exercises were designed specifically to pack a big punch in just small doses.

"I have been focusing on my posture using the belly button technique Christine taught us in her Five Secrets to Losing Belly Fat seminar. I have defintely seen a difference! My sotmach seems flatter and my posture has improved!"

"As our guest speaker, Christine was a breath of fresh air at a meeting I recently attended. With her positive attitude and useable 'daily' tips, her presentation was interactive and although the exercises she demonstrated were easy to perform, were effective and I know they will be more so when I incorporate them into my daily routine. She also discussed the importance of improved nutrition and how small, simple steps can make a big difference. I am excited about purchasing the Tusa Fitness Core Workout DVD soon to learn about the opportunity to strengthen my core (primarily to reduce lower back pain) in a low-impact manner and without a single situp! : )"

"There are a number of ways that Christine stands out as a great trainer. She really cares about the people that she works with. She is dedicated to helping others improve. She works at keeping her methodology and knowledge current within the ever changing field of fitness. And she always has a positive attitude, a smile on her face, and a specific game plan in place for each and every workout. All of these attributes combined, put her far ahead of any of the other trainers that I have encountered. Christine's combined knowledge of human movement and fitness provide her clients with an invaluable service for not only getting back into shape, but for maintaining a great sense of wellness throughout their day-to-day activities. She has made a tremendous improvement in my physical well being."

"The Saturday before the last Austin Marathon, I reluctantly went to a Tusa Fitness core class. I was hesitant to exert myself prior to my marathon the next day. After working my core, Christine showed me a few stretching and foam rolling techniques that fit my fitness routine. Needless to say, I ran my best marathon the very next day because the conditioning with Tusa gave me many positive benefits, especially with my hamstrings, IT bands and calves. I felt supported and loose for the first time and out of several marathons, I avoided hitting "the wall".
